Assist Front Office Manager in managing operations
Achieve customer satisfaction
Achieve quality service
Achieve compliance with corporate/franchise policies
Ensure efficient and friendly guest contact experience
Communicate direction to staff
Assign and instruct guest service agents
Observe performance and encourage improvement
Greet guests with welcome
Use positive and clear speaking voice
Listen to and understand requests
Respond with appropriate actions
Provide accurate information
Complete registration process
Input and retrieve information from computer system
Confirm pertinent information
Promote marketing programs
Make appropriate selection of rooms
Provide welcome folders
Close out guest accounts

Post charges to guest rooms
Input messages into computer
Communicate message content to guest
