Must Have
Previous experience in a Front Desk or Front Office role within a luxury hotel environment, Right to Work in the UK
Nice to Have
Experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity, Experience with Opera PMS or similar systems
What You'll Do.
Lead and support the Front Desk team
Welcome guests and oversee check-in/check-out
Handle guest enquiries and requests
Support team development and coaching
Coordinate with other departments
Monitor room allocation
Ensure billing accuracy
Identify opportunities to enhance guest experience
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments
Communication Scope
Communication skills; Confident guest interaction
