What You'll Achieve.

Work may take place indoors or outdoors, in a variety of settings including private homes, resorts, offices, and laundry facilities — often in varying weather conditions., Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays., Requires flexibility to support changing schedules., Reliable transportation required., Ability to move freely (balancing, climbing, crawling, driving, squatting, standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and repetitive hand/finger motions)., Ability to lift up to a maximum of fifty (50) pounds without assistance., Some positions may require that you drive a personal vehicle and/or company vehicle for work purposes., Employees who are required to drive a personal vehicle must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and be at least 18 years of age., Employees who are required to drive a company vehicle must have a valid driver’s license, be at least 21 years of age, and have been a licensed driver for no less than 3 years., Possession, use, or being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs in the workplace is prohibited., Successful completion of a background check and / or an OFAC screening may be required.

Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment., Comfortable talking to people—online or in person—and being able to share information in a way that’s clear, thoughtful, and represents the company in a positive way always., Reliable personal transportation is essential., Ability to move freely (balancing, climbing, crawling, driving, squatting, standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and repetitive hand/finger motions) and lift up to a maximum of fifty (50) pounds without assistance., Must have a valid driver’s license, be at least 21 years of age, and have been a licensed driver for no less than 3 years.
Nice to Have
Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred., Minimum 1 year experience in administrative or customer service style role is a bonus.
What You'll Do.
Serve as the primary contact for guests
and chats to resolve questions about reservations and other concerns.
Maintain high satisfaction standards.
Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams.
Verify unit availability for vendor visits.
Identify potential owner leads to support business growth.
Act as the first point of contact for guests
and owners within a local management office.
Take incoming phone calls
occasional outbound calls
and respond to emails or chats.
Assist with the creation and delegation of maintenance and housekeeping tickets.
Verify unit availability to assist with scheduling vendor or realtor visits.
Identify potential owner leads from walk-ins or incoming calls and pass the information along to your designated company Business Development Representative.
Build and maintain business relationships and open lines of communications with other internal support teams.
