Must Have

1 year experience in front desk or administrative support, Experience with scheduling tools, Experience with patient charts, Experience managing high volume of calls, Computer skills with proficiency in G-Suite, Impeccable organizational skills, Experience in caring for customers/patients, Full-time and weekend availability

Nice to Have

Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)

Answer phone promptly and professionally

Manage clinic schedule

Ensure check-in process is handled

Create medical records

Maintain medical records

Ensure practice and working areas are clean

Inform management when stock is low

Maintain a positive attitude

Contribute toward a quality work environment

Assist in all areas of daily operation

Perform other tasks as assigned
