We are seeking an experienced and professional Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office. The ideal candidate will ensure an exceptional experience for all visitors and clients, supervise the front desk team, and manage administrative tasks to maintain smooth office functionality. * Manage front desk operations including reception, visitor management, and phone systems. * Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring high standards of customer service. * Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meeting room bookings. * Handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. * Maintain records, handle correspondence, and support administrative functions. * Collaborate with other departments to optimize office processes. * Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in office management or related field. * Proven experience managing front desk operations or customer service teams. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and phone systems. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure. * Fluent in English and Arabic preferred. * Residency in or near Heliopolis, Nasr City is advantageous. **Benefits**
