This role combines customer service, community engagement, administrative coordination, and communication to ensure a seamless experience for Coworker members and visitors. ### Key Responsibilities ### Front Desk & Customer Experience * Welcome members, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. * Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, requests, and support. * Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain a welcoming atmosphere within the space. * Support the onboarding process for new members and guests. * Handle workspace and meeting room inquiries and follow up with potential customers. ### Operations & Booking Management * Manage meeting room and workspace bookings and maintain accurate booking records. * Coordinate schedules to ensure smooth daily operations. * Track inquiries, leads, and pending bookings through organized reporting tools. * Support the planning and execution of events, meetups, and community activities when required. ### Communication & Marketing Support * Respond promptly and professionally to WhatsApp, social media, and other customer inquiries. * Assist with customer communication across multiple channels. * Support the promotion of events, workshops, and community initiatives. * Capture basic content during events and assist with community engagement activities. * Escalate partnership opportunities or critical customer issues to the relevant stakeholders. ### Facility Man
