What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-3 years front desk experience, 1-3 years administrative experience, Medical setting experience, Healthcare setting experience, Insurance verification understanding, Billing basics understanding, Patient intake process understanding, EHRR systems proficiency, Scheduling software proficiency, Medical terminology knowledge, Patient-facing protocols knowledge
Nice to Have
Experience in a medical or healthcare setting

Ensure pre-visit requirements are in place
