ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a polished and service-oriented Concierge to be the welcoming presence of our luxury multifamily community. This role is ideal for a professional who takes pride in delivering elevated resident experiences, values discretion, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch service environment. As a Concierge, you will greet residents, guests, and vendors, manage building access, and serve as a trusted point of contact for daily needs while ensuring privacy, professionalism, and exceptional service at all times. What You’ll Do * Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors. * Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins. * Assist residents with questions, requests, and coordination of authorized vendor access. * Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy at all times. * Respond effectively to resident concerns and emergency situations, escalating when needed. * Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries accurately in BuildingLink. * Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve the resident experience. * Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution. **Requirements** Education & Experience * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Prior experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service roles preferred.
