Must Have
Minimum of a high school diploma / an associate’s degree or equivalent, Administrative, front office, or patient care coordinator background, Experience in a direct customer support role, Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calling, Appointment scheduling and quality phone etiquette, Sales-minded and takes initiative, Adaptable and detail oriented, with an outgoing, positive demeanor, Computer literacy, ability to accurately document and file records, Ability to travel between clinic locations in Canton, OH and Norton, OH
What You'll Do.
Manage the customer journey as the first point of contact
and confirming new appointments
Provide customer resolution to any concerns or questions
Communicate all relevant customer information
Collect and record customer payments
Maintain the customer database by updating office records
Inform the customer about hearing care accessory options
Handle walk-ins and after-care for existing customers
Help run office promotions by participating in marketing initiatives
Support hearing aid maintenance
