Balance an assigned house bank
Accept and record vouchers
Convert foreign currency
Post charges to guest rooms
Input messages into the computer
Ascertain guest satisfaction
Authorize revenue allowances
Field guest complaints
Conduct thorough research
Develop the most effective solutions
Listen and extend assistance
Remain calm and alert
Plan and implement detailed steps
Comply with attendance rules
