What You'll Do as a Front Desk Agent: As a Front Desk Agent at Westgate Resorts , you effectively check guests into and out of the resort by performing the following duties. You will demonstrate Westgate’s core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction with guests and team members. * Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests. * Issues room keys and provides escort instructions to bellhops. * Date-stamps, sorts, and racks incoming mail and messages. * Transmits and receives telephone messages. * Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services, guest registration, and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions. * Maintains records of room availability and guest accounts. * Computes bills, collects payment, and makes change for guests. * Makes and confirms reservations. * Posts charges such as room, food, liquor, or telephone to the ledger. * Makes restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations and arranges tours. * Assists guests with the deposit of valuables in the hotel safe or safe deposit boxes. * Performs nightly bucket checks. * Listens to
