What You'll Do.
Welcome guests upon arrival
Assign rooms to guests
Provide summary of hotel amenities
Coordinate with other departments
Recommend restaurants and activities
Settle cash bank daily
Accept changes to reservations
Coordinate with housekeeping
Ensure rooms are clean
Ensure rooms are tidy
Ensure rooms are furnished
Comply with hotel policies
Comply with Aspen One policies
Assist in emergency procedures
Assist in security procedures
Complete delegated tasks
Complete delegated projects
Assist other departments
