Must Have
4th-year student or recent graduate, Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, less than one (01) year of experience, IT background with a GPA of 7.5+, Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency, Minimum 3-month internship experience in software engineering, self-learning ability, proactive, growth-oriented mindset, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively in a team, Front-end Web Development using ReactJS or Angular, Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Typescript, responsive UI design principles, fundamentals in OOP, data structures, and algorithms, Familiarity with RESTful APIs, integrate them into front-end applications, Experience using version control systems such as Git, Basic knowledge of unit testing, debugging techniques, Hands-on experience through university projects or internship assignments related to web development
Nice to Have
Exposure to additional frameworks such as NextJS, VueJS, or RemixJS, Experience using AI chat tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.), Familiarity with at least one AI coding assistant (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar), Ability to write clear, contextual prompts, Awareness of AI output limitations, responsible AI use
