## Accountabilities Participate in structured training programs focused on Business Analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices. Support the gathering, documentation, and analysis of business requirements for projects and operational initiatives. Assist in evaluating business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and recommending solutions. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand business needs and project objectives. Contribute to data analysis, reporting, and research activities to support informed decision-making. Gain practical exposure to AI and Machine Learning concepts and their application in business environments. Prepare documentation, presentations, and process-related materials as part of project deliverables. Engage actively in internship assignments and learning activities to develop professional and technical skills. Requirements U.S. Citizenship is required for this opportunity. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field. Recent graduates from 2023 to 2025 are strongly encouraged to apply. Strong interest in pursuing a career in Business Analysis, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Eagerness to learn new technologies, methodologies, and business concepts. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
