You will provide dedicated support to French-speaking customers of iRobot, helping them resolve technical issues and enhance their user experience. ### Your Role As a French Speaking iRobot Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their iRobot products. Your technical knowledge and excellent communication skills will ensure each customer receives timely and effective support. ### Key Responsibilities * Handle customer inquiries and technical issues related to iRobot products in French via phone, email, and chat. * Troubleshoot product problems, guiding customers through solutions efficiently. * Document all interactions clearly and maintain accurate support records. * Collaborate with technical and product teams to resolve complex issues. * Stay current on iRobot product updates, features, and troubleshooting techniques. * Contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives and continuous improvement processes. **Requirements** * Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus. * Experience in technical support or customer service, ideally with electronic or robotic products. * Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic workload effectively. * Familiarity with CRM software and technical support tools. * Willingness to relocate to Sofia with paid relocation assistance provided. **Benefits** 1.
