What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Fluent in French (native or near-native) and English, Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets in a B2B sales role within digital consultancy, CRM, MarTech, or a related technology services environment, Experience managing the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close, Demonstrated ability to build pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting, events, and networking, Technically minded, with the ability to conduct discovery meetings and scope complex engagements without needing a sales engineer, Experience negotiating with C-level executives at mid-market to enterprise companies, Ability to build commercial proposals and solutions using a consultative approach, Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or a comparable CRM platform, Experience in or knowledge of the French-speaking Benelux market, Ambition to grow beyond individual contribution

Nice to Have

Dutch or Flemish is a plus, Fluency in Dutch/Flemish is not required but would be ideal

Own and grow new business

Manage leads through sales process

Proactive outbound prospecting

Identify target companies

Run outreach cadences

Build relationships with decision makers

Attend industry events

Leverage industry events

Build Huble's presence

Build and maintain relationships

Surface and convert referral opportunities

Take prospect from interest to close

Conduct discovery meetings

Coordinate consultative approach

Participate in proposition development

Participate in commercial development

Participate in proposal development

Negotiate commercial terms

Negotiate contractual terms

Conduct HubSpot demonstrations

Develop plan to reach targets

Record sales activity data

Keep sales data in systems

Submit accurate forecast reports

Report on activity levels

Maintain clear plan to reach targets

Ensure inbound leads are generated

Identify prospects matching ICP

Build relationships on successful connect

Build relationships with HubSpot teams

Surface new opportunities

Take ownership of commercial performance

Grow revenue year on year

Contribute to go-to-market strategy

Identify opportunities to expand footprint

Move into sales leadership role

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate closely with Jessica Kerr and the Belgium Team; Work closely with the Huble marketing team; Build and maintain relationships with HubSpot sales and partner teams; Build relationships with HubSpot sales, channel, and customer success teams
