Mercier Consultancy MD is currently seeking a French Speaking Fitbit Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals fluent in French who are passionate about health and fitness technology. In this role, you will provide dedicated customer support for Fitbit products, assisting French-speaking customers with their inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. ### Key Responsibilities * Deliver exceptional customer support to French-speaking Fitbit users through phone, email, and chat. * Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and usage guidance. * Handle returns, refunds, and warranty claims following company policies. * Document customer interactions comprehensively to aid in issue resolution and follow-up. * Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex product issues. * Stay updated on Fitbit products, features, and updates to provide accurate information. * Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills. **Requirements** * Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is a plus. * Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the technology or fitness industry. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency. * Ability to work well independently and within a team environment. * Willingness to work onsite in Sofia. **Benefits** 1.
