Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated French-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting Imperial Brands in Greece. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients, providing assistance across various customer inquiries related to Imperial Brands' products and services. ### Key Responsibilities * Provide professional and courteous customer support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. * Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and issue resolution efficiently and effectively. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. * Stay updated on Imperial Brands’ products, policies, and relevant industry information. * Offer feedback to management to enhance customer service quality and processes. **Requirements** * Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous. * Experience in customer service roles, preferably in the FMCG or tobacco industry. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools. * Willingness to relocate and work in Greece. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. **Benefits** 1.
