What They're Looking For.
Must Have
One year customer service experience, Associates degree or equivalent, Comfortable using computers, Perform initial level troubleshooting, Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree preferred, Some online game knowledge, Knowledge of Accounts tickets, Troubleshoot Accounts ticket issues independently
