## Accountabilities Design and execute complex role-play evaluation scenarios simulating real customer support interactions in domains such as travel, finance, and technical services. Evaluate AI-generated audio outputs using structured qualitative and quantitative metrics, focusing on accuracy, fluency, and task completion. Audit conversational performance, including naturalness, clarity, and comprehension of spoken interactions. Assess basic technical reasoning in AI outputs, including understanding of JSON structures, functions, methods, and simple logic within support workflows. Contribute to the creation and refinement of high-quality, representative audio datasets aligned with real-world user expectations. Follow structured evaluation guidelines to ensure consistency, reliability, and data integrity across tasks. Work independently to produce accurate, well-documented, and high-quality evaluation outputs. Requirements: Native or bilingual proficiency in French, with excellent spoken, written, listening, and reading skills. Proven experience in customer support, technical troubleshooting, linguistics, QA, or AI evaluation-related work. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess conversational quality and structured data accuracy. Basic understanding of programming concepts such as JSON structures, functions, methods, and logical reasoning.
