What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent, Valid driver's license, Clean driving record, At least 25 years old, Driver's license current for 5 years, Computer proficiency, Ability to work independently, Manage multiple priorities, Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, and reach overhead, Lift or move packages weighing 40–50 lbs. or more frequently, Move materials using wheeled carts with 60 lb capacity, Walk, bend, kneel, stand, and sit for extended periods, Manual dexterity for operating office and warehouse equipment, Physical and mental ability to operate company vehicles safely
Nice to Have
3+ years of experience in a mail facility, freight company, warehouse, moving company, or related environment, Professional driving or courier service experience, Experience with BearTracks or similar logistics tracking software, Forklift and warehouse equipment experience, Experience in loading dock or warehouse operations
What You'll Do.

Administer shipping and receiving processes
Collect and deliver items to designated offices
Operate internal collection and delivery routes
Process incoming tracked mail
Maintain chain-of-custody procedures
Log shipments using client-preferred shipping and tracking tools
Collect outbound shipping items
Coordinate delivery to shipping teams
Provide recipients with methods to track and manage
Utilize manual and powered material handling equipment
Validate packing slips
Ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments
Support loading dock and warehouse operations
Deliver exceptional customer service
Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams
Maintain professionalism and composure
Support operational needs proactively during downtime
