What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5 years experience in a logistical / freight coordinating role, Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving., Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, global business environment
Nice to Have
Bachelor in logistics or supply chain, Knowledge of 3PL operations, Experience with international shipping, freight forwarders, Incoterms, customs procedures, and transport documentation, Competent in spoken/written English and Dutch, Proficiency in MS Office and ERP, Excel and data management skills, Understanding of freight rate structures and transportation KPI
