2+ years of relevant experience, Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Attention to detail, accuracy in reviewing, reconciling, and validating billing information, Analytical Skills, Ability to identify discrepancies, research issues, and recommend resolutions, Organizational Skills, Ability to manage a high volume of invoices and documentation efficiently, Communication Skills, Clear verbal and written communication when interacting with carriers and internal stakeholders, Teamwork, Works well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Professionalism, Respectful, approachable, and team-oriented while building working relationships and a positive work environment

What You'll Do.
Manage and reconcile freight bills
Resolve billing discrepancies
Maintain precise records
Review disputes submitted via Contract Carriers
Reconcile exceptions to prevent payment delays
Escalate payment approvals/scenarios
Provide training to contract carriers/vendors
Document processes and variance exceptions
Conduct root cause analysis for totals
Coordinate discussion with departments to validate Accessorial requests
