What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field, Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results, 3+ years of advanced proficiency in Excel (pivots, lookups, etc.), 2+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or related field experience, Demonstrated experience leading projects or mentoring team members
Nice to Have
Experience demonstrating problem solving and root cause analysis, Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments, Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks, Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards), Experience that includes analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, Proven experience with Logistics, Transportation, or Distribution Center processes and systems with knowledge of freight pricing structures and charges
