## Accountabilities Build, develop, and manage your own customer base and freight portfolio Source, secure, and negotiate freight rates with shippers and partners Coordinate carrier coverage and ensure efficient load execution Monitor margins, profitability, and overall shipment performance Maintain strong, long-term relationships with shippers and carriers Ensure smooth operational execution from booking to delivery Requirements: Proven experience in freight brokerage, logistics sales, or similar role Existing book of business strongly preferred Established relationships with shippers and industry partners Strong negotiation, communication, and sales skills Entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset with ability to work independently Solid understanding of freight markets, pricing, and carrier networks Benefits: Uncapped earning potential based on performance Competitive income range: $100,000 – $300,000 per year 50/50 commission split after ramp-up period Fully remote work flexibility Access to TMS, DAT, Truckstop, and established carrier networks Dedicated back-office support (billing, claims, collections) Direct access to leadership with minimal hierarchy ## Additional Information How Jobgether works: We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
