What They're Looking For.
Must Have
IFSA coaches certification level, 3-5 years coaching experience, Administrative experience of a full-time ski program, Previous experience as a head or full-time coach, High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
Current knowledge of IFSA and RMFSA rules, Competitive coaching experience
What You'll Do.
Manage class programs
Organize training staff
Assist training staff
Design training plans
Implement training plans
Recruit coaching staff
Organize coaching staff
Manage coaching staff
Schedule coaching staff
Evaluate coaching staff
Hire administration staff
Train administration staff
Manage administration staff
Keep workload manageable
Provide daily training leadership
Communicate with parents
Communicate with athletes
Prepare teaching progressions
Implement teaching methodologies

Video analysis sessions
Conduct athlete goal setting
Coordinate team travel
