Must Have
Proven experience in UX/UI design across web, product, SaaS, or digital marketing environments, portfolio showcasing UX thinking and polished visual design across multiple formats, Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, and navigable prototyping, Experience working with complex design systems in Figma, Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, UI design sensibility with experience designing product or SaaS interfaces beyond traditional marketing deliverables, Experience designing responsive websites, landing pages, product experiences, design systems, or editor-based interfaces, understanding of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility, and usability best practices, Ability to turn briefs and business goals into intuitive user experiences, Experience collaborating with developers and cross-functional creative teams, Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly, Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, remote environments
Nice to Have
Experience designing content creation tools, native editing experiences, or scalable platform interfaces is strongly preferred, Interest in AI tools and how they can enhance UX/UI workflows is a plus
