What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of project management experience delivering complex client-facing projects in agency, consulting, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environments. Fluent German and English communication skills, including experience managing project updates, risks, or client discussions in German. Demonstrated experience managing scope, budgets, timelines, forecasting, and resource plans across multiple concurrent work streams. Hands-on experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, Microsoft Project, or TFS to manage active delivery. Experience partnering with Client Services and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client-facing work. Experience applying waterfall and/or agile methodologies across multidisciplinary teams.
Nice to Have
Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done. Experience supporting distributed teams across multiple locations or time zones. Experience presenting delivery status, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders or clients. Familiarity with SCRUM methodology and agile delivery practices. Understanding of organisational change management in project delivery environments. financial and operational awareness demonstrated through project or portfolio reporting.
