This position can be performed remotely in all but the following locations: Colorado, New York City, San Francisco County, CA.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Three to five years of relevant project management experience in a healthcare communications environment, ability to grasp and retain scientific information, technical aptitude, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
What You'll Do.
Manage all aspects of medical communications projects
Facilitate multidisciplinary project teams
Interface with each department within the company
Meet client and management expectations
Establish faculty relationships
Ensure programs remain on target
Develop new project budgets
Manage external suppliers
Keep programs on time and focused
Provide ongoing updates to internal team members
Oversee and facilitate development of all project activities
Assist in training new account team members

managing all aspects of medical communications projects from inception to completion, managing external suppliers, keeping programs on time and focused on primary objectives, resource management, budget development, maintenance and reconciliation, establishing faculty relationships, ensuring programs remain on target and within agreed-upon parameters, scheduling and conducting start-up, interim, and final team meetings, establishing and maintaining time and events schedules, providing ongoing updates to client and team, facilitating progress of multidisciplinary project teams, owning the detail of daily account work on each project, overseeing and facilitating development of all project activities
