You will play a critical leadership role in shaping programme direction, defining priorities, and mobilising client teams to deliver outcomes at pace. ### Your Impact at dss+ You will lead and coordinate a large-scale transformation programme, ensuring alignment and progress across multiple workstreams while driving ownership within the client organisation. Key Accountabilities * Lead programme delivery across key workstreams, ensuring alignment, pace, and measurable outcomes * Define clear priorities, actions, and expectations for client stakeholders, proactively driving delivery rather than waiting for instruction * Establish robust programme governance, tracking progress, risks, and dependencies across all workstreams * Provide clear and structured progress reporting to senior stakeholders, ensuring visibility and accountability * Engage across client departments to mobilise resources, remove barriers, and drive execution Core Workstreams * Phase 2 and 3 transformation initiatives across safety and operational improvement * Organisation-wide risk awareness training delivery, including optimisation of booking and scheduling processes * Enhancements to reporting systems (e.g. Synergy) to support critical risk visibility and decision-making * Inter
