Experience with parenting, wellness, education, or subscription/membership brands, Familiarity with creative testing frameworks (concept + hook + format variation), Worked in-house or embedded with a performance marketing team before, Experience synthesizing motion styles across teams or channels into a cohesive brand look, Familiarity with UI animation or web motion, Experience building or contributing to a motion design system, Comfortable working with product/UI assets and evolving them for marketing production
