You will work on a high‑end industrial production site specialized in luxury textile manufacturing. The environment is production critical, where IT reliability and responsiveness are essential to support daily operations and business users. Scope: You will be fully on site, integrated into the local IT team, supporting production teams as well as office‑based staff working on the site. Key Responsibilities: * You provide Level 2 support to users, handling troubleshooting of workstations and peripherals, as well as IT solutions related to tools specific to the manufacturing environment. You remain available to users and communicate on issue resolutions. * You manage a fleet of reliable and secure machines, keep the inventory up to date, and handle their configurations, lifecycle, as well as that of installed applications.
