Context The role operates within a complex enterprise IT environment, supporting IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 services, cloud platforms, and digital workplace tools. It acts as a key interface between business units, end users, and central IT (Client and external providers), ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient IT services while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Role & Responsibilities * Administer and support IT infrastructure components including servers, operating systems, networks, virtualization, backups, and monitoring tools. * Manage Active Directory environments (domains, GPOs, OUs, security and LDAP groups) and restricted access pools. * Coordinate infrastructure, application updates, vulnerability remediation, and maintenance activities with client IT teams. * Administer Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online (Site Collection Administration), Teams governance, permissions, and new ways of working. * Act as advisor, trainer, and coach for end users on M365 features, permissions, privacy, and collaboration practices. * Support cloud environments (AWS, Azure, M365), including account management, security policies, cost control, and incident handling. * Manage service requests, assets, access rights, and chargeback processes via ServiceNow and related DWP/IRM tools. * Monitor systems, troubl
