About the Role As a Freelance Community Manager, you’ll drive the social media presence and community engagement for a global leader in the semiconductor and microchip industry. You will act as the voice of a brand that powers next-generation technology, translating complex, cutting-edge innovation into engaging, human-centric social content. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work in a fast-paced, high-tech B2B landscape. Engagement Type: Freelance / Contract Location: Amsterdam-based (with native-level Dutch and fluent English) Responsibilities: Post and schedule content across various social media platforms. Manage and foster daily community interactions, responding to users in a timely and on-brand manner. Create and supervise engaging, highly relevant social media content. Edit, proofread, and elevate posts written by other contributors. Translate global copy into the local language and draft compelling, original local copy from scratch. Optimise the social media content style to ensure maximum engagement and brand consistency. Coordinate seamlessly with Project Managers, Content Managers, and Designers. Collaborate with regional content managers to develop tailored local content ideas. Partner with the data team to extract community insights, tracking KPIs to optimize future performance.
