Fraud Operations Lead As the Fraud Operations Lead, you will lead the team responsible for protecting Shakepay and its customers from fraud, abuse, and financial risk while enabling scalable growth and a best-in-class customer experience. You will drive operational excellence across risk operations, evolve our fraud prevention capabilities, and help shape the future of risk management at Shakepay. This role requires a strong operator with deep experience in fraud and risk, excellent people leadership skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, product, design, data, compliance, and operations teams. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, working within evolving systems and data environments, and balancing risk mitigation with customer experience and operational scalability.
