Evaluate suspicious and fraudulent transactions
Create and update cases
Work with Associates and Managers on incidents
Research information and leads
Limit potential fraud losses
Document restitutions
Place holds on accounts
Close accounts for fraudulent activity
Gather information and evidence
Provide documented results
Represent the department professionally
Contribute to process enhancements
Maintain procedure manuals
Plan and coordinate activities
Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
Maintain up-to-date with current fraud trends
