What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Accounting and Finance, Forensic Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or other related field, Enrollment in ACA/ACCA post-hiring if not already in the process of obtaining, 3-6 years working experience in a Big-4 or mid-tier professional services firm in the areas of Statutory, Tax Audit or Internal Audit, Forensic Investigations and Dispute Resolution, Business Recovery Services or other relevant offerings
Nice to Have
ACA, ACCA, CFE, CIA or equivalent qualification
What You'll Do.
Conducting fraud investigations
enhanced by eDiscovery and advanced data analytics
identify fraudulent activities and efficiently collect digital evidence
encompassing commercial and M&A disputes
as well as claim support
Calculating damages to strengthen or counter legal claims
Providing expert testimony in legal proceedings
Forensic investigations (e. g. financial statement fraud
asset misappropriation
bribery and corruption
anti-competitive behavior)
Special e-Discovery procedures covering the acquisition
processing and review of electronically stored information (mailboxes
mobile devices) within the context of forensic
Quantification of Damages / Loss of Profit
Non-Permitted Leakage and Completion Accounts Reviews post-closing in M&A
Reviewing and analyzing business plans
estimates and presenting findings as a Financial Expert witness in Disputes
Dealing with sensitive
demanding and often complex issues
Designing hypothesis-based approaches to solving important problems
Conducting interviews and attending client meetings
Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients
Coaching more junior team members
Interacting with PwC Fraud and Forensics specialists across the global PwC network and collaborating on cross border engagements (if required)
Assisting in the preparation of pitches and presentations for new and existing clients
Performing research and participating in product development efforts for client engagement opportunities
