Monitor and analyze transactions

Identify suspicious activity

Prevent fraud proactively

Document fraud attempts

Gather information from account holders

Review customer claims

Analyze dispute cases

Keep management up to date

Make recommendations for process improvements

Handle alerts and cases efficiently

Exercise discretion and independent judgment

Provide cross-functional support

Respond to internal messaging systems

Provide input on transaction decisions

Communicate with clients

Communicate with operational teams
