What You'll Do.

Executing advanced recruiting strategies
Managing candidate pipelines
Building relationships with existing Mac Tools distributors and franchise owners
Coaching and assisting the assigned District Managers and Region Managers to develop stronger cross functional franchise sales teams
Manage all franchise lead activity using Salesforce. com
Work with Mac Tools leadership to ensure that the franchise candidate selections are consistent with business objectives
Identify and plan recruiting focus areas within the assigned territory to close competitive gaps and improve market share
Contact and manage all franchise candidate leads from multiple lead generation activities
Develop relationships with candidates to ensure high level of candidate experience and responsiveness
Contribute to candidate experience by developing and sharing recruiting “best practices” with Recruiting team
Network extensively in the marketplace in an effort to source candidates for open areas
Develop and manage candidate lead reporting metrics
