What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field, 10+ years of relevant multi unit retail and or business experience, In depth understanding of store operations, Experience in Merchandising, Ability to understand performance trends, Identify improvement opportunities and actions to be executed within fiscal year, Establishes and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), Able to effectively lead and implement projects, Analytical and trouble shooting skills to resolve complex problems, Communication skills with all levels of the organization, MS Office proficiency
Nice to Have
Franchise experience is an asset, Store Management and/or franchise experience a large asset, Proficiency in French (for Quebec Market mandatory, other markets an asset), Six Sigma experience would be an asset

When not travelling this role can work remotely from home. **Role Purpose:** As a Franchise Relations Partner, you'll lead a region of Franchise and Corporate stores to exceptional business performance, driving sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
