Social Media & Community Manager (Fractional, Remote, US) Emora Health is building a mental health platform for the new generation. We help kids, teens, young adults, and parents access therapy, psychiatry, and mental health support through a modern, family-centered experience. We're looking for an experienced Social Media & Community Manager to own the day-to-day operation of Emora's organic social channels. The role is one part strategy, one part operations, and one part creative. We're looking for someone who can think strategically, execute consistently, engage authentically, and help us build a thoughtful, trusted presence across social platforms. You'll work directly with our Director of Creative Marketing to manage our content calendar, publish content, engage with our community, identify trends and opportunities, and help shape the future of our social presence. Platforms • Instagram • Facebook • Threads • TikTok • LinkedIn • YouTube Responsibilities Social Media Management • Own the day-to-day management of Emora's organic social channels • Schedule and publish content across all platforms • Maintain and manage the social content calendar • Ensure content is optimized for each platform • Coordinate closely with the Director of Creative Marketing on upcoming content and campaigns Community Management • Monitor and respond to comments and conversations across all social platforms • Engage with followers in a thoughtful, authentic, and brand-aligned manner • Monitor comments on both organic and paid content • Escalate sensitive mental health, customer support, or clinical conversations to the appropriate internal team • Help foster a positive and supportive online community Strategy & Content Development • Identify social trends, platform shifts, and emerging content opportunities • Bring proactive content ideas and recommendations to the team • Help develop recurring content series and community-building initiatives • Collaborate on content concepts, hooks, a
