Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Own and optimize end-to-end PPC campaign performance across Google Search, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other experimental channels. Develop and implement paid media strategies focused on high-intent acquisition, conversion optimization, and pipeline quality. Build and manage campaign structures, keyword strategies, bidding logic, and budget allocation to maximize ROI. Design and run structured A/B testing programs for ad creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages. Leverage AI tools and automation workflows to streamline campaign management, reporting, and optimization processes. Use LLMs and AI-driven tools for keyword research, audience analysis, competitor insights, and creative ideation. Monitor performance metrics, build forecasts, and provide actionable insights to guide growth decisions. Continuously optimize campaigns for conversion efficiency, cost control, and scalable acquisition. Identify and test new acquisition channels and growth opportunities. Collaborate with the Growth team to align paid media efforts with broader marketing and product goals. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media roles. Strong expertise in Google Ads Search campaigns, including structure, bidding strategies, and optimization. Proven experience in managing performance campaigns for SaaS, developer tools, or technical audiences. Solid understanding of keyword strategy, conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance analytics. Hands-on experience with campaign experimentation, A/B testing, and landing page optimization. Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and modern marketing workflows. Ability to work independently in a fractional, fast-paced, and high-ownership environment. Experience with LinkedIn Ads and/or Reddit Ads is a strong plus. Exposure to tools such as GA4, GTM, Segment, or server-side tracking is advantageous. Comfortable using LLMs for research, copy generation, and workflow optimization.
