Must Have
7+ years of experience in growth product or CRO, Track record of running structured experimentation programs, Fluent in experiment design, Comfortable calling a test inconclusive, Hands-on with PostHog, Mixpanel, or Amplitude, Comfortable working in Linear and Figma, Coordinating directly with engineering and design
Nice to Have
Experience with checkout or join flows for consumer healthcare, telehealth, or membership products

Recommend winners to ship
Manage and curate the experiment backlog
Maintain a single source-of-truth backlog
and reprioritize tests
Re-rank priorities bi-weekly
Set up and maintain per-experiment PostHog dashboards
Produce a weekly written experiment readout
Summarize what’s running
Summarize current results
Summarize statistical confidence
Summarize recommended next actions
Build a durable findings library
Maintain a living CRO learnings document
Capture each experiment’s hypothesis
