This includes planning and forecasting, controllership, reporting, and performance analysis. This role combines planning and forecasting with close and control responsibilities, providing a single point of accountability for financial reporting, insights, and forward-looking perspectives. The FPCRA Lead partners with Cluster leadership and the Finance Head to support business strategy, ensure financial accuracy, and provide reliable decision support. The role also leads finance teams, including planning, controllership, reporting, and analytics, as well as external service providers. **Key Responsibilities:** **End-to-End Financial Management** * Manage the full finance cycle for the Cluster/Market, including planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis. * Ensure financial results, outlooks, and narratives are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time. * Act as a main point of accountability for the accuracy of Cluster financials. **Planning, Forecasting & Performance Managemen
