## **JOB DESCRIPTION:** **Role Purpose:** The Senior Analyst / Specialist - Regional FP&A Service Center is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all FP&A Service Center activities across the MEAP & TR-CIS region. This role ensures timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of financial planning, forecasting, and analytical outputs, while acting as a key link between affiliates, analysts, and HQ stakeholders. **Major responsibilities:** **Service Center Coordination & Delivery Oversight** * Oversee the end-to-end execution of FP&A Service Center activities, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and within defined timelines. * Act as the central coordinator across analysts, allocating workload, managing priorities, and ensuring optimal resource utilization. * Monitor progress against deadlines, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and delays, and implementing corrective actions. * Establish and enforce clear governance, timelines, and delivery standards across all Service Center processes. * Serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment. **Forecasting & RLBE Governance** * Oversee the RLBE submission and system loading process in SAC, ensuring consistency and alignment across all countries and dimensions. * Review and validate P&L, BS, Causals & P23B submissions from affiliates, ensuring data integrity and alignment with affiliate inputs. * Ensure robust reconciliation and validation frameworks are in place and consistently applied by analysts. * Coordinate closely with affiliates and HQ to ensure smooth planning cycles and high-quality outputs. * Drive continuous improvement of templates, models, and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention. **Portfolio Optimization & Brand P&L Oversight** * Oversee the development and maintenance of Brand P&L models and allocation methodologies, ensuring consistency and robustness across markets. * Review key analyses a
