What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 3 years of experience in FP&A with full ownership of P&L planning, forecasting, and analysis., Experience in supporting senior business leadership teams within an organization and developing strategic plans, budgets and forecasts., Progressive experience within a commercial/manufacturing financial environment with cost control responsibilities., A working knowledge of consolidation / BI systems essential, A working knowledge of tax and regulatory jurisdictions, intercompany charging/transfer pricing., Fluent English (C1) both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
HYPERION HFM/COGNOS is advantageous, especially in disparate ERP environments
What You'll Do.
Finance Business Partner to the business unit Finance Director
Design and produce insightful reports
Perform in-depth analysis
Understand sales and pricing trends
Support the business on tender preparation
Deliver financial support to local functions
Execute budgeting and forecasting processes
Deliver short- and long-term financial targets
Monitor progress against financial targets
Provide commercial financial inputs/reporting
Explain variances to forecast
Prepare/Submit journals
Ensure rigorous financial analysis
Improve data quality and content
Drive efficiency through digitalization
Comply with information management practices
Ensure operation of key /non-key controls

Partner with the business; Work across FP&A, Controllers & GBS; Work with finance business partners; Liaise and advise finance director
