**This role is for one of the Weekday's clients** **Salary range: Rs 1200000 - Rs 1500000 (ie INR 12-15 LPA)** Min Experience: 2 years Location: Surat JobType: full-time Our client is a prominent publicly listed company based in Surat, known for its robust market presence and sustained growth over time. The finance department is integral to strategic decision-making, and this role provides direct interaction with senior leadership, including close collaboration with the CFO. ### **Role Overview** This is a high-responsibility position overseeing the entire FP&A function. Beyond just reporting figures, you will be expected to analyze, interpret, and deliver actionable insights that have a direct impact on business strategy and overall performance. **Requirements** **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee the entire FP&A process, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning * Accurately prepare and finalize monthly and quarterly financial statements in a timely manner * Create financial models and conduct scenario analyses to aid strategic decision-making * Ensure adherence to Ind AS and relevant financial reporting standards * Generate MIS reports and prepare presentations for the board * Track compliance requirements for listed companies and stay updated on regulatory changes * Collaborate closely with the CFO on business performance, risk evaluation, and strategic initiatives ### **Candidate Requirements** * Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) * At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in an industry setting * Experience working in a listed company, unlisted public company, or manufacturing firm with a turnover of ₹25 Cr or more is preferred * Demonstrated strong knowledge of Ind AS (mandatory) * Familiarity with SAP is advantageous * Excellent analytical abilities with a talent for linking financial insights to business decisions * Possess a high level of ownership and the capability to thrive in a dynamic environment ###
