We are looking for a highly analytical and systems-oriented FP&A professional to join our Finance team in Amsterdam. This role goes beyond traditional planning and reporting: you will combine deep FP&A expertise with the ability to design and operate data and AI-driven finance workflows. You will play a key role in planning, forecasting, and reporting, while also transforming how Finance leverages data, automation, and AI to deliver scalable, high-quality insights across the business. This is a builder role for someone who wants to shape the future of FP&A, not just operate within existing processes. What you’ll do Own and contribute to periodic forecasts and multi-year financial plans. Build, maintain, and refine financial models to support business initiatives, operational decisions, and investment cases. Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Analyze financial performance against plan/forecast, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to leadership. Track and report key KPIs to (Senior) Management and Business Leaders. Transition reporting and analysis from Excel-based workflows to modern data platforms and BI tools. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure transparency on costs and financial performance. Act as a Finance Business Partner, providing analysis and decision support to senior leadership. Translate business questions into structured analytical and data problems. Partner with data and engineering teams to ensure scalable and reliable data pipelines. Design and manage AI-assisted workflows across forecasting, reporting, and analysis. Structure financial and operational data to enable effective use of AI tools and agents. Act as a “human-in-the-loop” operator, validating and improving AI-generated outputs. Evaluate and implement new AI tools, ensuring alignment with finance processes. Support data quality initiatives and the evolution of FP&A into a more data-driven and technology-enabled
