We’re seeking a dynamic FP experience in a growth-stage SaaS or tech company is highly preferred Expertise in building and managing complex financial models including multi-year financial plans and automating financial processes. Demonstrated experience managing Operating Expenses (OPEX), including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and identifying cost-saving opportunities to drive operational efficiency, with the ability to connect financial data to strategic decisions Proven proficiency in NetSuite is required; must be comfortable navigating and extracting data independently. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence decisions, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to executive and non-financial stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred: Proven ability to deliver financial insights that shape corporate strategy and long-term planning. Experience with SaaS and recurring revenue business models and financial metrics Experience with financial planning tools such as Adaptive Planning is a strong plus.
