Support trading and commercial performance through financial analysis, planning and actionable insights. Own key elements of the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles, ensuring plans are aligned with operational and commercial drivers. Prepare monthly trading and performance reporting, including analysis, commentary and presentations for senior leadership and board-level audiences. Deliver robust financial modelling, scenario analysis and business cases to support strategic and operational decision-making. Partner with Operations leadership to provide financial support across operational performance, investments and efficiency initiatives. Manage and develop an FP&A Analyst, providing coaching, support and oversight across operational finance activities. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Buying and Operations teams. Drive continuous improvement across FP&A
